Additional friendlies announced

Boston United have arranged two additional pre-season friendlies, with trips to Shirebrook Town and Sleaford Town now confirmed.

The Pilgrims will travel to Derbyshire-based Shirebrook on Saturday July 12, kick-off 3.00pm, before facing United Counties League outfit Sleaford at Eslaforde Park on Tuesday July 29, kick-off 7.45pm.

United manager Tommy Taylor and secretary John Blackwell are currently working hard to secure additional friendly action on home soil, with talks still continuing with various Football League clubs.

Saturday July 12: Shirebrook Town (A), 3.00pm
Thursday July 17: East Stirling (H), 7.45pm
Sunday July 20: Leyton Orient (H), 3.00pm
Tuesday July 22: Spalding United (A), 7.45pm (Lincs Senior Shield)
Saturday July 26: Barrow Town (A), 3.00pm
Tuesday July 29: Sleaford Town (A), 7.45pm

The youth team will travel to Eynesbury Rovers on Saturday July 19, kick-off 3.00pm.
