Boston United’s annual Golf Tournament will be back in action in 2010.

The event will be staged at Boston Golf Club, Cowbridge, Boston.

Teams of four are invited to attend at a cost of £120, although a discount is available for members of Boston Golf Club.

The football club’s annual Community Day will take place only days before the new season gets under way.

The day affords supporters the opportunity to go behind-the-scenes at The Jakemans Stadium and meet the club’s playing staff. FREE ADMISSION.

Boston United’s second ‘An Audience with…’ evening will take place.

The club’s special guest on this occasion is former Everton manager Joe Royle.

Sponsored Sunday Lunch Stroll

The second annual Sunday Lunch Stroll will take place — starting and finishing at The Pilgrim Lounge.

Entrants, who will be encouraged to raise sponsorship money for the walk, will conclude the event with a Sunday carvery lunch in The Pilgrim Lounge.

The cost for the walk, including a two-course Sunday lunch, is £10.

The club’s annual Fireworks Night will take place on November 5 itself. The evening will feature pre-display entertainment, refreshments and side stalls and the grand fireworks spectacular at approximately 8.00pm.

Southampton and England legend Matt Le Tissier is the club’s next sportsman’s dinner guest in The Pilgrim Lounge.

He will be joined by comedian Josh Daniels for an action-packed evening.

Boston United Santa Fun Run (Date TBC)

The fourth annual Boston United Santa Fun Run will be staged in December 2010.

The five-kilometre race will be staged throughout the streets of Boston and entries will be accepted from November 2010.

An entry fee of £10 applies per runner, which includes a complimentary Santa Suit.

Competitors are also encouraged to raise sponsorship money, with proceeds going to Boston United and charities of their own choice.
