Lincs Flow Screed B

Lincs Flow Screed B were the winners of the 2008 Boston United AM-AM Golf Tournament, sponsored by Lafarge Aggregates.

The event, staged at Boston Golf Club, saw Lincs Flow Screed B pip Beastie Boys to the club’s prestigious title, with Tee Totallers finishing third.

Prizes awarded to the first 10 teams, with the prize table including such items as upright cyclonic hoovers, bistro sets and suitcases.

Reflecting on a successful tournament, United secretary John Blackwell told bufc.co.uk: “It was a tremendous event and we thank everybody for taking part.

"We would also like to extend our thanks to the people who sponsored and supported the tournament, especially Lafarge Aggregates who were the main tournament sponsors.”

Vice-chairman Neil Kempster and manager Tommy Taylor made the presentations.
