Marriott set to receive November award

The PFA’s official website — givemefootball.com — gives football supporters the opportunity to vote for their player of the month from each division.

These winners create the list of divisional nominees for the ‘Fans’ Player of the Year’ awards at the end of the season.

The awards are endorsed by the players and supported by the Premiership, Championship, League One and League Two clubs. The PFA’s commitment to this award confirms the organisation’s belief that fans, as well as players, are the lifeblood of the game.

Andy Marriott is the winner of the Professional Footballers’ Association Fans’ Player of the Month for Coca Cola League Two in November and will be presented with his trophy and solid silver football boot stud (provided by Chopard) on the pitch before Saturday’s match against Accrington Stanley.

The presentation will be made by lucky competition winner Doug Hutson. Accompanying Doug is Martin Buchan of the PFA.
